Smartphone Huawei P20 Pro telah di umumkan pada Maret 2018 dan dirilis secara resmi pada bulan April 2018. Huawei P20 Pro mempunyai desain yang indah, dengan layar touchscreen 6.1 inci yang mengadopsi teknologi AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors dan beresolusi 1080 x 2240 pixels, 18.7:9 ratio ( 408 ppi density) menciptakan layar terlihat jernih dan terang.
Desain body yang berukuran 155 x 73.9 x 7.8 mm (tinggi x lebar x tebal) dan berat 180 g menciptakan smartphone Huawei P20 Pro nyaman dipakai untuk bermain game dan menenonton video. Sistem operasi Huawei P20 Pro memakai Android 8.1 (Oreo) dengan daya tahan baterai cukup besar yakni baterai Li-Po berdaya 4000 mAh (baterai tidak sanggup dilepas)
Memiliki RAM 6 GB yang didukung oleh chipset Hisilicon Kirin 970 dengan Octa-core (4x2.4 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) kinerja smartphone Huawei P20 Pro sangat baik dan salah satu yang tercepat dikala ini. Pilihan konektivitas termasuk Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth4.2, A2DP, LE, EDR, aptX HD, USB 3.1, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, 3G dan 4G. Sensor di telepon cukup lengkap, diantaranya Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, color spectrum.
